An American Blonde Ale, with a Norwegian twist. We use a traditional blonde ale base, add a very healthy dry-hop addition and ferment with Escarpment Laboratories Ebbegarden Kveik Blend. With prominent flavors of guava and mango and aromas of tropical and stone fruit, this is not your average blonde.

Grains: Pilsner, Carapils, White Wheat, Light Caramalt, Flaked Oats

Hops: Mosaic

Yeast: Ebbegarden Kveik
