We’re looking for a full-time Brewer at HBC!

Hampton Brewing Co. is looking for a full-time Brewer to join the crew—help us mash, ferment, dial in quality, and keep the good stuff flowing. This is a hands-on role across all areas of production, including brewing, cellaring, cleaning (CIP), and supporting packaging when needed.

You’ll be working closely with our team to maintain quality, consistency, and a clean, safe production space. Experience in a brewery or production environment is a strong asset—but attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for craft beer go a long way.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on production needs.
